Consultation & Site Visit

We start with a free on-site consultation where we walk your property, discuss your vision, and assess the conditions. Grading, drainage, soil type, and access all affect the design. You will get honest feedback on what works best for your space and budget.

Hardscape Plan, Pattern, and Product Choices

We create a detailed design plan and help you choose materials from our Unilock product line. You will see color options, patterns, and textures before any work begins. We also provide a clear, itemized estimate with no hidden costs.

Site Preparation

Proper preparation is where most contractors cut corners. We excavate to the correct depth, install geotextile fabric where needed, and build a compacted gravel base that meets Unilock specifications. In St. Louis, our clay soils demand extra attention to base preparation and drainage.

Installation

Pavers are laid by hand according to the design plan, with consistent joint spacing and precise cuts at borders and curves. Edge restraints are secured, and polymeric sand is swept into joints. Every course is checked for level and alignment.

We compact the finished surface, apply a final round of polymeric sand, and clean the entire area. Then we walk the project with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations before we consider the job complete.

Unilock Pavers

Unilock manufactures some of the highest-quality concrete pavers available. Their EnduraColor Plus technology keeps colors vibrant and resists fading from UV exposure. We carry their full product line including Beacon Hill, Brussells Block, Rivercrest, and Artline series.

Unilock pavers are rated to withstand 8,000+ PSI of compressive strength, roughly three times stronger than standard poured concrete. That durability matters in St. Louis, where temperatures swing from below zero to over 100 degrees in a single year.

Natural Stone & Other Materials
